A successful payment is contingent upon both the authorization of payment by your Financial Institution and acceptance of your payment by the entity you are paying. In the event your payment is not processed or authorized by your Financial Institution, or the entity in which you are seeking to pay fails to accept your payment, you will remain obligated to pay any outstanding amount(s) and you will be subject to all applicable penalties, late fees and interest charges assessed by the entity.
Innovative Financial Technologies LLC (Infintech) charges an access fee, when applicable, for the use of this payment service. This fee is separate from the primary obligation you are paying and will be assessed as a separate charge. This additional fee will be reflected on your banking or credit card statement as a 'Municipal Payment Access Fee'.
